Subtasks in list view

In V1 of SmartTask:

  1. Subtasks of a task were only visible once you open up the detailed view of the project
  2. Subtasks were not associated with the parent task’s project

In V2:

  1. Subtasks would be visible in the list view of the project idented based on the nesting level
  2. Subtasks would be linked to the project
