I have noticed when users reply to a task via their email, it includes the entire email thread in the long ugly section below their comments. This includes the RE: task email details along with the whole comment and email thread, which is entirely unnecessary since these comments are already associated with a specific task. It also adds the logo from their signature line as an attachment to the thread each time they reply – what a mess! See Screenshot.
To keep the threads clean, scannable, and readable the system should filter everything below a users latest comments when replying via email.
