Current flow:
After converting task(new created or without date set) to milestone, that milestone shows blank on timeline. Only after setting the date to see the diamond symbol on timeline, then we can drag the time of that milestone. I consider it’s unnecessary extra 3-4 click to achieve simple purpose.
Request to improve:
The diamond symbol appears on timeline right after converting task to milestone. Then we can easily manage the timeline and the schedule.
