I’d like a way to see a single report that shows the tasks that I need to do right now. I have multiple projects using the boards (kanban) view. I move tasks that I’m working on right now to a “Now” section. It would be wonderful to see all of these in a single report, grouped by project.
You can create Advanced Search report for this. Did you try that?
I can’t see how Advanced Search helps with that. I’ve made a workaround using Automation. When a task (card) is moved to a section, it is automatically assigned to a “Now” status (defined on the project as a custom field). I do that for all of my projects. Then I can search based on the Now status.
This is under consideration for next quarter.
In V2 of SmartTask sections would be replaced by Select Custom Field, select custom fields would be searchable.
