When I’m not in front of a computer (which is often), I need to be able to quickly add a task so that I don’t forget it. The Android app is slow to start and then I have to go through several steps to add a task.
I can think of two ways that could address this. The first is to have a widget on the home screen. The second is an “add task” option that becomes available on long-press of the SmartTask icon. Lots of apps have an option like that.
To make things faster, the quick-add option could have defaults pre-filled like project, tags, etc.
