Make task status more intuitive

Instead of using the “Mark as completed” Icon to mark a task as completed, customization per use case would work better.

So, for simple tasks “Mark as completed” can stay as is. But for some more advanced taks, this button should be replaced by customizable “Status Holders” like:

  • List item Open

  • List item In Progress

  • List item In Progress

  • List item Completed

That is already available through Custom Field - Dropdown. You set any intermediate status you want in the Dropdown option.
