One HUGE improvement would be to add ticket numbers on the local project level and enable autonumber.
Right now you add a ticket number manually - and seems like you get assigned the next index database ID - as ticket numbers come in the millions! So for example after manually assigning a ticket number - you get ticket number: 1,434,345 Grrrrr
We need each project to be able to start with ticket 1 …2… 10… so it makes it easier to talk to the team. Right now we have to either copy subjects or copy and paste links (3-4 clicks).
Instead of saying chat: Take a look at ticket 23 … or make priority 45 over 23 because needs to be done today!
