Currently there are fixed views within a project - List, Board, Calendar, Chat, Analytics.
The problem with this is if you want to create a separate view for yourself with some filters that’s not possible. You have to keep on apply filters everytime you visit a view.
With customizable views you would be able to slice and dice your data the way you want and also have multiple Lists, Boards according to your team’s needs.
