A lot of times you may want to convey a unique Id to the customer that’s easy both for your team and the customer to follow-up with.
To achieve this V2 would have a new custom field - which auto-increments at the project level.
You can define first four letters of the id like - “REQ”, “MARK”, “ENG”, etc. While the corresponding task level custom id would read like - “REQ-1”, “MARK-1”, “ENG-1”, etc.
