CRM: merge contacts

The most important missing feature is the Alphabetical order for CRM contacts (I have created another topic) so please look into this asap!

Would it be possible to merge contacts to create only one?
Example:
John Smith has 1 phone number and 1 work email
John A. Smith has 1 personal email
Merge them together so all personal details are on the 1 contact card only

  1. Yes Alphabetical order is coming. I will add this as a top priority for the dev team.

  2. Merging duplicate contact is currently like on Integromat and Zapier, we would be releasing this functionality in the contact view soon.
