Possibility to add requirements to a task that moves from section A to section B. For example, a task can only go from section A to section B if:
- all subtasks are completed
OR/AND - all mandatory fields have been filled in
OR/AND - a new due date is filled in
- Optionally: A reminder is added, if the task needs to be redone
Example is, a project with 4 sections
- To Call
- Repeat call scheduled
- Call in progress
- Completed
When moving a task from “Call in progress” TO “Repeat call scheduled”, SmartTask should prompt the user to fill in the due date for the task, when filled in the task should move to “Repeat call scheduled”.
When moving a task from “Call in progress” TO “Completed” there should be a possibility to add also a requirement to fill specific fields, like a short summary of the call.
