Just a suggestion to make Smart Task better in terms of functionality & user-friendliness:
User should be able to add color code to Projects in a Group / Team, and there should be a Team Calendar view where all tasks from various projects are visible together.
The tasks have color code highlight of the respective project.
(This is useful because there are multiple projects going on simultaneously in an organization and the Team Leaders / Management should be able to have an overview of tasks being performed on a particular day.)
