Right now when a chat message arrives, there is no way to get notified.
Is there a solution to this?

We have activated Browser notifications. If a colleague is tagged in a chat, they would get notified through Browser popup.
To activate Browser Notifications. Go to Settings > Preferences > Activate Browser Notifications. (Please note, this has to be activated individually, as its a profile level setting.)
