Can't find the submit button to create a task, from a contact

When trying to create a task for a Contact, can’t find the “Submit” button to actually create the task.
Steps to reproduce:

System: Windows 10
Browser: Google Chrome

  1. List item Go to CRM
  2. Click on a Contact
  3. Click on the 3 dots, and click create task
  4. You will not be able to find the submit buttion

As soon as you click on Add Task button. A new task would be created with the contact attached and the contact name as the Taskname. You can change the defaults through the Task modal which opens.
