There could also be automation in certain board and/or column will auto tag certain people or certain custom fields etc
Yes, automation in general is very much something we are hearing from customers.
While everything except for reporting over email is possible and is going to be possible through our strong integration with partners like make.com (maybe we would also have parts of it within SmartTask)
While reporting over email is hard given the fact that there is only so much you can fit into an email. Moreover, it also is a resource hog, one of the reasons why its typically provided in Enterprise level plans.
