Ability to change the default time when double clicking on a date on Smart Task

Hi, How do I change the default time when I double click the date on smart task? It automatically selects 12:00 AM. I know I can change it later, but is it possible for it to default to another time when I double click on the date?

So instead of 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM, it could default to some other general due date time that I select?
